PLC automatic batching system for steel and non-ferrous metal industries

In the continuous batching system of the FTC weighing module used for quantitative belt scales, the input signals of the weighing sensor and speed sensor on the fixed belt scale are directly connected to the FTC weighing module. The weighing module performs calculation processing (including AD conversion, filtering, etc.), and then directly sends the PID control of the S7-300PLC CPU through the control function of the PLC. Then, the analog output terminal of the PLC outputs 4? A 20mA control signal (such as the signal sent to the frequency converter) is sent to the weighing module, and the display can view the weighing process parameters and operate like an independent controller.
